JSA is developing vacant 1/2-acre site in Culver City's West Washington District with a 27-unit threestory apartment/retail project totaling 29,000 sf. The project is designed to both activate the street edge and break down the building mass on the upper levels as part of a strategy to help revitalize Culver City's arterial boulevards. The residential units sit above 7,200 sf of sidewalk-fronting retail to activate the street and advance the prototype for infill projects along commercial corridors. The project offers public off-street parking spaces, planted green roofs, PV array, and passive design features that will make this one of the most advanced buildings in the city.
